Among the verdant, rolling hills of Franklin, Tennessee will be a new senior living community called Fountains of Franklin. This luxurious community will offer senior adults the best of catered living, including services for independent, assisted and memory care residents. Located on 15 acres at 4100 Murfreesboro Road at the corner of Highway 96E and Chester Stephens Court, the Fountains is convenient to I-65, Cool Springs Mall, physicians’ offices including Williamson Medical Center and historical downtown Franklin.
Phase One, under construction, will consist of a two story building containing 59 spacious one and two bedroom suites. The suites, ranging in size from 675 – 1248 sf, will have 10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, full kitchens, handicap accessible bathrooms and doorways, screen porches and sunrooms. Common spaces will include multiple dining space options, a club room, billiard room, salon, fitness area, community/multipurpose room, craft room, large central courtyard, and viewing verandas on both levels. Projected opening of Phase One is early 2013.
Phases Two and Three will consist of 28 one story villas along with a 16 suite memory care wing attached to the main building.
