Windsor Gardens is a senior services company that has been contracted by GoodWorks Unlimited to manage the operations of Windsor Gardens in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Windsor Gardens of Bardstown is a CCRC – Continuing Care Retirement Community.  CCRCs offer several different levels of senior housing and services for their residents.  Windsor Gardens offers Independent Villas, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.  We are a licensed health care facility with a Medical Director, Director of Nursing and a full nursing staff to take care of the needs of our residents.

Set in beautiful historic Bardstown, the Windsor Gardens campus is located near the downtown area.  A major draw for tourists, Bardstown is the home of My Old Kentucky Home as well as the world-famous outdoor summer musical production, “Stephen Foster – The Musical.”
